Item offered is a BorgWarner ISHI IHI 5 speed manual transmission, known as T5OD 5-speed overdrive gearbox. I had this installed in my 1987 Turbo Coupe until rebuilt the OEM one, and changed those two differences back to Thunderbird model. This item has been found in many vehicles from Cameras to all manner of Mustangs, and others. I have no idea how accurate the Manuals part numbers still are, as it was published nearly 40 years ago.
There are very little differences between the Thunderbird model and this one, except for a different design of backup switch gearing speedometer. This part is from a 1991 Ford Mustang Turbocharged 2.3L 4 cylinder.
